This tab allows you to record information about the inspection conducted against the illicit discharge. You can record the name and phone number of the investigator assigned to the problem, the date the investigation began, and the remediation date. In addition, several user-defined code-description fields are provided to indicate the category, discharge source, containment method, and watershed area affected. Several fields in this tab have special functions. These are described below:

This field allows you to identify the conduit associated with the illicit discharge. Press F9 to select from the Conduit Inventory pick list. |
Upstream Structure Downstream Structure |
Once a Conduit Rec # is selected in the above field, the system will automatically fill the corresponding upstream and downstream structure numbers into these fields. |

These eight user-defined fields allow you to track additional information from your investigation. For flexibility, the first four fields are text fields and the last four fields are code-description fields. You can change the button captions to help customize these user-defined fields. Consult your system administrator for additional information. |
