After a request is submitted the following screen thanks the customer for submitting the request and provides a summary of what they submitted. This screen also has a Send Email button that will send them an email with the request summary. If they would like to send the email to additional email addresses at the same time there is a section to add more email addresses.
The captions for the Send Email button and the Additional Emails sections are customizable in the Lucity Administration tool using the System > Settings > Email tab (Email, http://help.lucity.com/webhelp/v145/admin/index.htm#26025.htm).
