Once the Web Citizen application is setup, request forms need to be created that the citizens will use to enter their requests. After the form is made it needs to be assigned an ID that will identify it for the web citizen application. Finally it needs to be assigned to the group that the web citizen user is part of.
Note: These steps can be followed multiple times to create several Web Citizen forms.
In the Citizen ID field enter a unique ID for this form. This ID must be all capital letters and numbers. (ex. RQF124)
Click OK.
Note: The form options also give the ability to hide the Submit button on the form by unchecking the Show Submit Button box. This is used if a form is designed to provide information instead of submitting requests.
