Header Data and Activity Items tab

The Stock Items grid contains a list of Asset Items that are commonly found attached to an asset. Users may add items to this list manually or load it with items from another Stock Items Library from this module.

Click to add a new record.
Enter a name in the Stock Card Library Name field.
Save the record.
Right-click in the Stock Items grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:
Select a Type. This is Required.
- Click the field caption or press F9 for a list or records from the Stock Items module.
- The UOM, Unit Cost, and Effective Useful Life are automatically filled out from the Stock Items Library.
- Fill out the Quantity if desired.
- If the UOM, Quantity, and Unit Cost are filled out the Total Cost will be calculated.
Save and close the record.
The item is automatically added to the Stock Item Library record.

Right-click in the Stock Items grid and select Load Stock Card Library. The following window will appear:
Click on the desired library and click Select.
All the items in the library will be loaded into the grid.

BMP Stock Lib Rec #	The system-defined ID for the Library record.
Stock Card Library Name *	A name for the Stock Card Library. This is used to select the library when loading it into an asset.
