Create a filter for the records that should be updated.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight Notification Update and click
The following window will appear
Select the type of notice that was sent.
Select the date sent.
The Sent By field will be automatically populated with the logged in users ID. However this can be manually changed.
Save the record and the following screen will appear.
Click OK and all the sites in the filterset will receive a notice record in their Notice History grid.

Highlight Send Contact (or Owner) Email Notification for Filterset and click

Function	Result
Notification Update	Enters a notice record into the Notice History grid on the Communication tab
Send Contact Email Notification for Filterset	Sends an email notification to all the contacts for the current filterset
Send Owner Email Notification for Filterset	Sends an email notification to all the owners for the current filterset
