The Condition Ratings tab contains fields that display the Structural and O&M ratings for the inspected pipe. These fields are automatically populated by the system based on the data input from the Observation records.

This field is a code that displays quick information about the Structural results of the inspection. It is put together using fields from the Observation records. |
Quick Rating O&M |
This field is a code that displays quick information about the O&M results of the inspection. It is put together using fields from the Observation records. |
Quick Rating Total |
This field is a code that displays quick information about the results of the inspection. It is put together using fields from the Observation records. |
Pipe Ratings Structural |
This provides an overall Structural Rating for the entire conduit. A sum of all the Structural Grade fields from all the observations. |
Pipe Ratings O&M |
This provides an overall Structural Rating for the entire conduit. A sum of all the O&M Grade fields from all the observations. |
Pipe Ratings Total |
This provides an overall rating for the entire conduit. A sum of the Pipe Ratings Structural and Pipe Ratings O&M fields. |
Rating Index Structural |
This provides an average rating per structural defect. |
Rating Index O&M |
This provides an average rating per O&M defect. |
Rating Index Total |
This provides an average rating per defect. |
Survey Length |
Enter the length of the survey. |
# of TV Connections |
This field shows the number of sewer lateral connections made to the conduit. It is automatically populated using the Building Conn field on the Observations records. |
Rehab Method |
Enter a suggested rehab method. |

At the bottom of this tab is a grid that displays all the Observation records for the inspection.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.
