The header fields contain general information to identify, describe, and locate each PACP inspection. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

US Structure DS Structure Alt Conduit ID ** |
These three fields allow users to identify the inspected pipe from Conduit Inventory. Conduits are identified by their Alt Conduit ID and are generally tied to an upstream and downstream structure. Selecting a US Structure or an Alt Conduit ID will fill out the other two fields. Click on either caption button or click in one of those fields and press F9 for a pop-up list of pipes to select from. Note: Once a conduit has been selected, identifying information and conduit attributes will be carried over from the related inventory record and populated in the appropriate fields in this PACP record. |
Reverse Rec # |
If a second survey has been performed on the pipe segment, use this field to indicate the PACP Rec # from the matching survey. |
PACP Rec # |
This is the system generated unique ID. |
Inspected Date ** |
This field stores the date and time the PACP inspection took place. |
Survey Direction ** |
Use this field to record the direction in which the segment was inspected (i.e. upstream to downstream or downstream to upstream). |
Pipe Seg Ref |
This is a user-defined ID for the inspection record. |
Latest Inspection |
The system will automatically mark this checkbox if it is the most recent inspection for this particular pipe segment. The system uses the Inspected Date to make this determination. |
