Toolkit

The Inspection Checklist grid in each of the Stormwater Quality Inspection modules (Management Plan, Construction Site, Commercial, Industrial, and Municipal) contains the following toolkits:

Load Checklist Items from Checklist

Click the

button in the Inspection Checklist grid and select the Load Inspection Checklist tool. The following pop-up appears:

Note: This list only includes Checklists designed for the current module.

Select a Checklist.
Click OK. The system loads the checklist items into the grid.

Populate Pass Code for Current Filter

Updates the Pass field on all Checklist items in the filterset to indicate whether the inspector gave them a passing or failing grade.

Create a filter to identify the Inspection Checklist Items you would like to update.

Click the button in the Inspection Checklist toolbar and select Populate Pass Code | Current Filter. The following prompt appears with a warning about how many records will be affected:
Click Yes. The following pop-up appears:
Select the Code you would like to apply to the Checklist Items in the grid.
Click OK. The system updates the Pass field on all of the Checklist Items in the filterset as directed.

Populate Pass Code for Selected Records

Updates the Pass field on all selected Checklist items to indicate whether the inspector gave them a passing or failing grade.

Select one or more Checklist Items in the grid.

Click the button in the Inspection Checklist toolbar and select Populate Pass Code | Selected Records. The following pop-up appears:
Select the Code you would like to apply to the selected Checklist Items.
Click OK. The system updates the Pass field on the selected Checklist Items as directed.
