The Inspection Checklist Setup module is used to create a Checklist templates that are used in all Inspection forms within the Stormwater Quality Inspection modules.
Common Tasks
To open this module, select Environmental Compliance > Stormwater Quality > Setup > Inspection Checklist Setup.
Locate the grid that you want to reorder records within.
Click the Reorder tool. A Reorder pop-up similar to the following appears.
Select an item and use the Move Up or Move Down arrow buttons to change its place in the list.
Continue the process described in Step 3 until all items are in the desired order.
When the list is in the desired order, click OK. The grid's contents will now appear in the designated order.
Inspection Checklist Setup Fields
ID fields
Checklist Setup Rec #
Indicates the system-defined ID for the Template Checklist.
Checklist Name **
Describes the nature of the Template Checklist. This is the text that will appear when the template is loaded into an Inspection Checklist.
Type
Specifies the Stormwater Quality Inspection module associated with this Checklist. The Template Checklist only can be loaded into the Inspection module selected here.
Ex. If you select SQ Construction Site users may only load the Template Checklist into the checklist in the Construction Site Inspection module.

Inspection Checklist Grid
The Inspection Checklist Setup Details grid stores the list of checklist items.
