The Traps/Interceptors/Cleanings tab links Grease Extractor records to the Facility record and allows users to track cleaning records for those extractors. The first grid contains the records of all Grease extractors linked to the Facility. The second grid shows Pump Outs/Cleaning records associated to the Grease Extractor. Near the top of the tab is a Next Cleaning Date field.

Next Cleaning Date
This field is automatically updated when a pumpout/cleaning record is saved.
The Action Date on the pumpout updates the Last Cleaning Date on the extractor record.
The Next Cleaning Date is then calculated (if the Cleaning Freq, and Cleaning Freq Units fields are populated).
The system checks all the Next Cleaning Date fields for all extractors attached to the facility and uses the next one for this field.
Samples of the grids appear below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

Right - click in the grid to add a record
Right - click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
