Facilities Header Data

The header fields contain general information to identify, describe, and locate each facility. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Field	Function
Facility Number	This field must contain a unique number in order for the record to be saved
Facility Name	Name of the Facility
Active Facility	Mark whether this facility is actively registered with the FOG program
Property ID Tag	This field allows users to specify which property, from the Customer Address module, is associated with the Facility.
Address/Apartment/City/State/Zip	Facility address
Facility Phone	A contact phone number for the facility.

How To

Link the FOG Facility to an address record

Edit the Facility Record
Click on the Property ID tag button for a list of Property ID tags and addresses from the Customer Address module.
Select a property ID tag and the address information will automatically be populated on the facility record.
If there is already an address on the facility record the following prompt will appear
Select Yes to overwrite the address on the Facility record with the address attached to the Property ID Tag.
