Toolkit

Removes the selected Work Order in the PM > Work Orders grid from any linked Work Orders and Requests.

Open the PM/Work Templates module.
Click the to expand the desired PM record.
In the Work Orders grid, select the Work Order you wish to disassociate from all related Work Orders and Requests. *The selected Work Order must be associated with one or more other Work Orders or Requests.
In the Work Orders grid click the Toolkit and select General > Disassociate from all Work Orders and Requests | Selected Record. A pop-up appears asking you to confirm running the toolkit:
Click OK. The tool runs and removes the selected Work Order's link from all Work Orders and Requests with which it was associated. Note that the Work Order is still associated with the PM.
