Toolkit

The PM/Templates > PM Resource - Fluids grid contains the following Toolkits:

Populate Units for Current Filter

Enables you to enter units worked without having to open the Fluids record. This is useful when managing multiple records.

Open the PM/Templates module.
Click the Filter tool on the toolbar and select an existing filter or create a filter for the PM Resource > Fluids records to which you want to populate with units.
In the Tasks grid, click the to expand the desired Task record.
Click the Toolkit in the Fluids grid and select Populate Units | Current Filter. The system asks whether you want to run the tool against the number of records in the filter.
Click OK. The following pop-up appears:
Enter the Units of Fluid Resource you expect to use on the PM Task (required).
Click OK. The toolkit overwrites the existing Units values in the corresponding fields in the selected Fluid record(s).

Populate Units for Selected Record(s)

Enables you to enter units worked without having to open the Fluids record. This is useful when managing multiple records.

Open the PM/Templates module.
Click the to expand the desired PM/Template record.
In the Tasks grid, click the to expand the desired Task record.
In the Fluids grid, select one or more Fluids for which you want to populate units.
Click the Toolkit and select Populate Units | Selected Records. The following pop-up appears:
Enter the Units of Fluid Resource you expect to use on the PM Task (required).
Click OK. The toolkit overwrites the existing Units values in the corresponding fields in the selected Fluid record(s).
