Recalculate Extra Chemical Load Fees for Current Filter

Prompts Lucity to compute the Extra Chemical Load Fees for a filter set of Billing records defined by the user. This value represents the sum of all charges for excess chemicals found at a monitoring point. Lucity calculates the Extra Chemical Load Fee by adding all items in the Charge column on the Billing records' Extra Chemical grids.

Create a filter to identify the IPT Monitoring Point Billing records you would like to update.
Click the Toolkit and select Recalculate Extra Chemical Load Fees | Current Filter. A prompt identifies the number of records that will be affected by the action. To continue, click Yes.
The system runs the Toolkit and automatically recalculates the Extra Chemical Load Fee field on all Billing records identified through the filter. A system notification will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen indicating that the action was successful.

Prompts Lucity to compute the Extra Chemical Load Fees for Billing records selected by the user. This value represents the sum of all charges for excess chemicals found at a monitoring point. Lucity calculates the Extra Chemical Load Fee by adding all items in the Charge column on the Billing records' Extra Chemical grids.

Select one or more IPT Monitoring Point Billing records.
Click the Toolkit and select Recalculate Extra Chemical Load Fees | Selected Records. A prompt identifies the number of records that will be affected by the action. To continue, click Yes.
The system runs the Toolkit and automatically recalculates the Extra Chemical Load Fee field for the selected Billing records. A system notification will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen indicating that the action was successful.
