Open the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Problem Setup module.
Click the button to expand the Problem Setup record into which you want to load a script.
Click the button in the Scripts grid and select Load Scripts from Problems. A pick-list displaying Problem Setup records with associated Scripts appears.
Select the Problem Setup record associated with the Script you want to load.
Click the Select. The Script questions now appear in the Problem's Scripts grid.
