Lucity offers a special Feedback application that agencies can implement to gather feedback from those who submit Requests. When a Request is closed, the system automatically sends an email message to the Customer/Requester(s) with a link to a Feedback Survey. Customers who complete the survey can rate the service and provide written feedback.
