The Work Task Setup > Contractor grid contains the following Toolkits:
Add Multiple Contractors - Work Task Setup
Enables you to add multiple Contractors to a Task Setup record as resources.
How to add multiple Contractors to a Task Setup record
- In the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Task Setup module, click the
to expand the Task record to which you want to add contractors. - In the Contractor grid, click the Toolkit
and select Add Multiple Contractors. The following pop-up opens:
- Open the Contractors pick-list. A list from the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Contractor Setup module similar to the following opens:
- Use CTRL + click to select one or more Contractors.
- Click Select.
- Provide the number of Units of contractor work that will be used to accomplish the task.
- Click the OK to save the record. The selected items now appear in the Task Setup record's Contractor grid.
