Before an agency can use Lucity's Request Feedback function, an administrator must configure system components.

Required Software

The following Lucity applications must be installed to facilitate the Feedback system:

 

How to enable the Request Feedback system

How to activate the Request Feedback application

How to update the application files to talk to the REST API

How to configure Place the Feedback Survey Files

Note: After performing the system configuration, an administrator must customize user experience with the Request Feedback application and restart the Citizen Portal in Lucity Web > Admin Portal > Management > Tasks. This automatically happens overnight.
