Toolkits

The Notification Update | Current Filter toolkit is used to record bulk notifications that are sent outside the Lucity Notification system. The toolkit updates the following information on all IPT Facilities records in the current filterset:

Use thetool to create a filter for the records you want to update.
Click the button and select Notification Update for Current Filter. A prompt similar to the following will appear, confirming the number of affected records:
Click Yes. The following pop-up appears:
Enter the type of Notification or click the button to choose from a pick-list.
Enter or choose a Sent Date.
Update the Sent By field if needed.
Click OK. Lucity adds the selected Notification to each record's Notification History grid.

Notification Update for Selected Records

The Notification Update | Selected Records toolkit is used to record bulk notifications that are sent outside the Lucity Notification system. The toolkit updates the following information for selected IPT Facilities records in the grid:

Select one or more records in the grid.
Click the button and select Notification Update | Selected Records. The following pop-up appears:

Enter the type of Notification or click the button to choose from a pick-list.
Enter or choose the Sent Date.
Update the Sent By field if needed.
Click OK. Lucity adds the selected Notification to each record's Notification History grid.

Send Contact Email Notification for Current Filter

The Send Contact Email Notification | Current Filter toolkit sends a message to the contacts associated with the IPT Facilities in the current filterset.

Click thetool on the toolbar. The following pop-up appears:
Select an existing filter or create a filter for the records you want to update.
Click the Count button to determine how many records are in the filterset.
Click Run. The grid displays the records that met the filter criteria.
Click the button and select Send Contact Email Notification | Current Filter. The following pop-up appears:
Enter the name of a Notification or click the button to choose from a pick-list. The system produces possible options as you type.
Note: The Notification templates are set up in the Notification Setup module.
Click OK. The Notification is sent to the address identified in the Contact Email field of each record in the filterset.
If any of the records did not have a Contact Email listed, the system will notify the user that the Notification could not be sent to those Contacts.

Send BMP Contact Email Notification for Selected Records

The Send Contact Email Notification | Selected Records toolkit sends a message to the contacts associated with the selected IPT Facilities.

Select one or more records in the grid.
Click the button and select Send Contact Email Notification | Selected Records. The following pop-up appears:
Enter the name of a Notification or click the button to choose from a pick-list. The system produces possible options as you type.
Note: The Notification templates are set up in the Notification Setup module.
Click OK. The Notification is sent to the address in the Contact Email field of each selected record.
If any of the records did not have a Contact Email listed, the system will notify the user that the Notification could not be sent to those Contacts.

Send Owner Email Notification for Current Filter

The Send Owner Email Notification | Current Filter toolkit sends a message to the owners associated with the IPT Facilities in the current filterset.

Click thetool on the toolbar. The following pop-up appears:
Select an existing filter or create a filter for the records you want to update.
Click the Count button to determine how many records are in the filterset.
Click Run. The grid displays the records that met the filter criteria.
Click the button and select Send Owner Email Notification | Current Filter. The following pop-up appears:
Select a Notification from the list.
Note: The Notification templates are set up in the Notification Setup module.
Click OK. The Notification is sent to the address identified in the Owner Email field of each record in the filterset.
If any of the records did not have an Owner Email listed, the system will notify the user that the Notification could not be sent to those Owners.
