Welcome to the Mobile Help Guide. This guide explains how to set up and use both mobile applications CentralSquare offers for enterprise asset management (EAM):
The documentation describes the most recent version of each application. Make sure your software is up to date for access to all available features.
New App, New Map
CentralSquare is in the process of redesigning and rebranding its mobile application for enterprise asset management as CS EAM. When complete, the new application will offer the full functionality of the legacy application (Lucity Mobile), as well as new features. Until that time, you may install both applications on your mobile device and use them side by side.
Product Overview
First introduced in 2013, Lucity Mobile for Android and Lucity Mobile for iOS allow you to access CS EAM/Lucity asset-management data on a mobile device whenever and wherever you need it—on the job site, in your vehicle or outside regular work hours. The Lucity Mobile application uses the same dashboards, forms and views you created in the web-based software to provide access to the Work and Request programs, as well as most inventory and inspection modules. CS EAM Mobile for iOS* is the next generation of Lucity Mobile. While the look and feel are substantially the same as the Lucity Mobile app, CS EAM Mobile for iOS supports Esri Web Maps and the GIS views configured in the CS EAM/Lucity web application. This update allows you to turn individual map layers on or off and to select multiple types of map features at the same time.`
The CS EAM Mobile application is being developed in phases. Future releases will offer driving directions, redlining, feature-editing and support for legacy Lucity maps.
