The Domain Configuration tool lets users control how Lucity pick-lists and GIS domains work together. Users can run the Domain Configuration tool against one or more layers in the map. The tool can modify standard domains or special domains.
Standard Domains - GIS Domains for fields that are linked to picklist fields in Lucity. These picklist fields are often user-defined directly in the Lucity Picklist tool.
Special Domains - GIS Domains for fields that have a specialized picklist in Lucity. These picklist fields pull values from a setup module. For example the Tree Code picklist pulls a list of codes from the Tree Library module. Some of these picklists are for a specific module, others are available for many modules.
Street Name Library (Direction, Prefix Type, Name, Type, Suffix, Composite, ID).

Work Request Crew Code and Problem Code.
When the Domain Configuraitong runs, the tool validates the Lucity pick-lists and the GIS domains for all Lucity pick-list fields that are linked to the geodatabase. The process is tracked in a log, and results are displayed in a grid below the log.
