The Observations tab allows you to document individual inspection observations. You can sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. Click the heading again to change the direction. To add an Observation record, follow this link.
The Summary fields below the grid are calculated by the system based on the details in the Observation records. These fields are described in the table below:
