The Location fields allow you document the location nearest where the smoke was observed, the results of the smoke test observation (i.e. positive, negative, suspect), the source or defect where the smoke was observed (i.e. service lateral, transition joint, driveway drain), and indicate whether the source was public or private (using the Status field).
