At the top of your screen you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. These fields are described in the table below:

These fields identify the pipe being inspected. |
Flow Basin |
This field will be automatically populated if the pipe has a flow basin associated with it in Pipe Inventory. |
Observation # |
Each pipe can have multiple observations record. As each individual observation is entered for a pipe, the program defaults the Observation # to the next sequential number. This uniquely identifies the observation record. |
Smoke Test ID |
This value identifies the Smoke Testing record to which this observation is linked. |
Note: The header data for this module is automatically populated with the corresponding data from the Smoke Testing module. All of the header fields in this module are read-only.
