At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

US and DS Structure |
These fields allow you to identify the pipe being inspected. You can manually enter an existing US Structure number or press F9 for a list of available pipes. Upon entering the US Structure number, the associated DS Structure number and addresses will be automatically populated by the system. |
Flow Basin |
This field will be automatically populated if the pipe has a flow basin associated with it in Pipe Inventory. |
Post TV Record checkbox |
This checkbox allows you to indicate if you wish to post the TV record. |
Note: The US Structure number is required in order to save the record.
