Adding a Code-Description

To add a code-description to the list, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:

   

2. Click on and the list of existing codes will appear.

   

3. Click . The following window will appear:

   

4. Enter a unique code.
5. Enter a description.
6. Click . The code- description will then be added to the existing list.
7. Highlight your new code-description in the list and click . The add window will reappear and the source code-description will be displayed.
8. Click and the list of existing flow types will appear.

   

9. Click . The following window will appear:

   

10. Enter a unique code.
11. Enter a description.
12. Click . The code- description will then be added to the existing list.
13. Highlight your new code-description in the list and click .  The add window will reappear and the flow type code-description will be displayed.
14. Enter the flow for each of the Assigned Flow fields (circled in red below).

    

15. Mark the Calculate checkbox if you want contributing areas figured into the estimated flow calculations.  If this checkbox is not marked, only the values entered in the Assigned Flow fields will be used in the calculation.
16. Click to save the changes.
17. Click to exit Edit Mode.
18. Click to close the window and return to the grid.
