The Structure Cover tab features four code-description grids: Cover Type, Cover Fit, Ponding, and Inflow Dish. These house the code-descriptions and flow rate factors. From here you can add a new code-description to the list with custom ratings or modify an existing one.

The Flow Rate grid (circled in red below) is the only grid that does not feature code-descriptions. The total Cover GPM is derived from the following formula:
Total Cover GPM = (Cover GPM * Cover Type Factory * Cover Fit Factory * Ponding Factor * Inflow Dish Factor) + (Ponding Flow Rate * Number of Holes in Cover)
