Officer's Opinion of Contributing Causes Grid

This grid allows you to add the officer's opinion of contributing causes for each vehicle.  

Note:  The grid display will change depending on which unit is highlighted; only the opinions for the highlighted unit in the Vehicle's grid will be shown.

You can sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.  Using the functions in the grid, you can add, edit, view, or delete officer's opinions.

Adding Opinions

To add an opinion, complete the steps below:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

   

2. Enter a unit number.  The number for the highlighted unit in the Vehicles grid will appear by default.
3. Select an impairment test result or opinion from the pick list.
4. Click to save the record.
5. Click to exit Add Mode.
6. Click to close the window.

Viewing, Editing, or Deleting Opinion Records

Highlight the opinion you wish to view, edit, or delete, then Right-click and select View Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
