Occupants Grid

This grid allows you to add records for occupants in each vehicle.  

Note:  The Occupants grid display will change depending on which unit is highlighted; only the occupants for the highlighted unit in the Vehicles grid will be shown.

You can sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.  Using the functions in the grid, you can add, edit, view, or delete occupant records.

Adding Occupants

To add an occupant record, complete the steps below:

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

  2. Enter the unit number.  The number for the unit highlighted in the Vehicles grid will appear by default.
  3. Enter the seat location, name, address, safety equipment used, whether the occupant was ejected or trapped in the vehicle, the occupants injury and severity, and where the occupant was taken.
  4. Click to save the record.
  5. Click to exit Add Mode.
  6. Click to close the window.

Viewing, Editing, or Deleting Occupant Records

Highlight the occupant you wish to view, edit, or delete, then Right-click and select View Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
