The Overflows grid allows you to view all the overflow events associated with that service lateral. A sample of the grid is shown below. There, you can see the overflow event number, primary cause, and status. You can click on the headings to sort records in the grid. An up or down arrow will appear (circled in red below) signifying ascending or descending order. Click the heading again to change directions.
To view a record, Right-click on it and select View Record. This will open the Overflows module.
