The Facility Rooms module stores information about every room in your buildings. While you can access this module individually, it is intended to be accessed via the Building module or the Floors module. By doing this, the room is automatically associated with a floor/building and corresponding information is then carried over into the Rooms record.
The Rooms module is also integrated with the Equipment module which allows you to associate your vehicles and equipment pieces with a room.

To access the Rooms module, select Facility > Rooms and the following window will appear:
