Setup Info Tab

The Setup Info tab fields allow you to track and record inspection data in compliance with PACP (Pipe Assessment Certification Program) standards. In addition to general information such as the name of the individual conducting the survey, the owner of the collection system surveyed, and the entity commissioning the survey, several fields in this tab have unique functions. These fields are described in the table below.

Unique identifier for tape/media.

Category

Importance of Sewer.

Flow Control

Type of restriction of flow used.

Sheet No

Number used to identify individual surveys done within a group.

Year Built

Year sewer surveyed was constructed.

Year Renewed

Year sewer surveyed was renewed.

US/DS Rim to Invert

Distance (ft and tenths of ft) or (meters to 1 decimal places) from rim to invert of upstream/downstream manhole.

US/DS Grade to Invert

Distance (ft and tenths of ft) or (meters to 1 decimal places) from average grade to invert of upstream/downstream manhole.

US/DS Rim to Grade

Distance (ft and tenths of ft) or (meters to 1 decimal places) from rim to average grade of upstream/downstream manhole.

Certificate #

NASSCO PACP # of Surveyor.

Pre-Cleaning Date

The date any preparatory cleaning was performed.

Pre-Cleaning

Type of preparatory cleaning conducted prior to survey.

Weather

Weather conditions when survey was conducted.
