At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:
Field Name |
Definition |
US Structure DS Structure |
These two fields allow you to identify the inspected pipe from Pipe Inventory. Pipes are identified by their upstream and downstream structure numbers. To select an upstream structure from the pick list, press F9 or click on the field caption button. Note: Once a pipe has been selected, identifying information and pipe attributes will be carried over from the related inventory record and populated in the appropriate fields in this PACP record. |
Alt Pipe ID Pipe Seg Ref Survey Direction |
The data in these fields are automatically populated by the system when an Upstream Structure is selected. These fields uniquely identify the selected pipe and indicate the flow basin in which the upstream structure is located. |
Reverse PACP Rec # |
If a second survey has been performed on the pipe segment, use this field to indicate the inspection ID from the matching survey. |
PACP Rec # |
This field contains a database generated, unique ID. |
Latest Inspection |
The system will automatically mark this checkbox if it is the most recent inspection for this particular pipe segment. The system will use the inspected date to make this determination. |
Inspected Date |
This field allows you to record the date and time the PACP inspection took place. |
Survey Direction |
Use this field to record the direction in which the segment was inspected (i.e. upstream to downstream or downstream to upstream). |
Pipe Shape Pipe Material Pipe Lining |
These three pick list fields allow you to identify the pipe shape, material, and lining of the pipe inspected. |
Note: The combination of the US/DS Structure #, Inspected Date, and Survey Direction are required and must be unique in order to save the record.
