Assigning Forms to Menus

The forms appear on the right-hand side of the Manage Form Menus dialog.

  1. Click the Start Edit button.
  2. To add a form to the menu, highlight a menu item in the left-hand grid.
  3. Then, highlight the form you'd like to add to the menu in the right-hand grid.
  4. Use the left arrow button to move the form to the Menus grid.
  5. To rearrange the forms in the menu, use the up or down arrows.
  6. To remove a form from a menu listing, use the right arrow button.
  7. Click Save when you are finished making your changes.

Manage Form Menus

Note: Form Templates cannot be added to menus. All Form Templates must be copied before they can be used. For additional information on working with Templates, consult the Form Templates topics.
