The forms appear on the right-hand side of the Manage Form Menus dialog.
Click the Start Edit button.
To add a form to the menu, highlight a menu item in the left-hand grid.
Then, highlight the form you'd like to add to the menu in the right-hand grid.
Form names in red are disabled. These forms can be assigned to menus but will not appear on the website until they have been enabled using the Form Options.
If your form name does not appear in the list of available forms, it may need to be "allowed" on the menu. You can indicate which forms are allowed on menus using the Form Options.
Use the left arrow button to move the form to the Menus grid.
To rearrange the forms in the menu, use the up or down arrows.
To remove a form from a menu listing, use the right arrow button.
Click Save when you are finished making your changes.
Note: Form Templates cannot be added to menus. All Form Templates must be copied before they can be used. For additional information on working with Templates, consult the Form Templates topics.
