The menu groups appear on the left-hand side of the Manage Form Menus dialog. To add a menu group listing, complete the steps below:
Click the Start Edit button.
Click the Create New Menu Group button at the bottom of the screen. A "New Group" listing will appear in the left-hand grid.
Right click on the "New Group" listing and then type a new name. This name will appear on your website's menu.
Use the up or down arrows to rearrange the menu groups. Any forms contained within the menu groups will also be moved.
Click Save when you are finished making your changes.
Note: To delete a menu group, click the Start Edit button. Then highlight a group listing and select the Delete Menu Group button. All forms within that menu group will be removed from the menu and added to the Forms not assigned to menus grid.
