Key Rings

The Facility module contains several property key management modules allowing facility operations to track and organize facility keys.  These modules track keys to doors and furnishings as well as their status with employees and others.  The Key Rings module allows you to associate the ring with a key hook, assign a key ring to an employee, and issue keys on the ring.

Note: Users can view any field definition by right clicking + Ctrl in that field.

To access the Key Rings module, select Facility > Key Rings and the following window will appear.
