Work orders may be selected and edited directly from the map after the View Work Locations command is used. For information on loading work orders into the map, see Viewing Work Orders in the Map.
When the View Work Locations command is finished processing, it automatically makes this tool active . This tool allows you to edit and view work orders by right clicking on the work orders shown in the map.
When you right click, you will be given the option to View Work Order, Edit Work Order, or View Work Order Report. If you select View or Edit Work Order, a list of all work orders that are at the point you clicked will be displayed with their work order number and action.
Select the work order you want to edit or view and the Work Order module in the desktop will be opened to the work order you selected in either edit or view mode, depending upon which method you chose.
