Equip Grid

The Equip grid allows you to associate a piece of equipment from the Equipment Equipment Inventory module with the building, view the associated asset inventory record, or create a work order for the associated asset.

To associate a piece of equipment, complete the following steps:

  1. Right click in the Equip grid and select Add Record. The following window will open:

  2. Press F9 to see the list of available equipment.
  3. Highlight the equipment piece from the list and click "select."  
  4. Click to save the equipment to the list. The equipment will be now be added to the list in the grid.

Important: The Integration with Facility sewer/storm/water option must be turned on for this integration to be activated.
