The Equip/Fleet tab features two grids: Equip and Fleet. Right click on the grid to associate existing equipment or fleet with the building, view associated asset inventory records, and create work orders for the associated assets.
Note: This tab will not appear if you have not purchased the Equipment and Fleet modules.
