Priority WF

This field allows you to record a numerical value for your Priority Weighting Factor. It is used to help prioritize model segment selections and is used in the following system calculations:

1. Helps determine the street's rehabilitation priority in the model runs. The higher the Priority WF, the more likely the street segment is to be selected (all other selection factors being equal).
2. Determines the calculated priority in Supersegments on the Condition tab.
3. Calculates the weighted rating in the Field Inspections module, PCI tab.
