* Together these fields must form a unique combination

Example

Agencies may want their asphalt, collector streets with weak asphalt to be rehabilitated before their asphalt, residential streets with weak asphalt.  By creating a unique record for both of these street pavement/classification combinations, assigning rehab techniques, and assigning maintenance sequence numbers according to these priorities, the system will select the streets for rehabilitation in the dictated order.
