Exporting

You can use the Toolkit to export model segments and model year results to an ASCII file.  The ASCII file can then be used to create an Excel document that displays your model results.

To export modeling results, complete the following steps:

1. Create a file to import the data into. You will need to name and save the file.

   Note: This can be a blank spreadsheet, word document, etc.

2. To access the Toolkit, click the button.  The following window will appear:

   

3. Select the appropriate tool (i.e. Export Model Year Results) and click Execute. The following window will appear:

   

4. Select the model run whose results you wish to export from the Available Model Runs grid.
5. Using the button, find the blank file you created in Step 1.

   Note: The file extension must be included.

6. Click OK. Your data will then be exported into your chosen file.

   Note: The system may take a few minutes to execute these functions.
