Editing the Report List

To edit the name or description of a report, complete the following steps:

  1. Click  to open the Report window, and select the report you wish to edit.
  2. Click to open the Edit Report window.

  3. Change the report name or description. You can also change the file path if the report is stored in a new location.
  4. Mark the checkboxes at the bottom to specify if the report should always include all records, always use the sort defined in the report, or if you want that report to be noted as a quick report.
  5. Click to save your changes.

  6. Click to return to the Reports window.
