The Utility Links tab is used to associate the Address record to specific infrastructure components in the Sewer, Storm, Water Distribution and Street Utility and Electric Utility modules. The associated infrastructure components exist as records in either the Sewer Pipe/Structure Inventories, Storm Conduit/Structure Inventories, Water Pipe/Service Tap Inventories, Street Segment Inventory, and Circuit Source modules.
