Map Management Toolbar

The Map Management Toolbar provides a way for users to view information about the map, control which layers appear, open and close the data table, and perform standard navigation. It is made up of the following tools

Log

This button brings up a log for the gis viewer.

This allows users to: turn feature classes off and on, control selectability, and control layer transparency.

Add Service or Map Package

This tool allows users to add more map services, or map packages to the gis viewer. These are only included for this session, and have to be re-added later.

Data Table

The data table shows a table view of all records that are selected in the map. It has several tools to help when selecting records, and special tools to relate asset records back to Lucity.

Pan

This allows users to pan around the map. If no other tool is selected this one is selected by default.

i_zoomin

Zoom In

This allows users to zoom in. Select the tool then click on the map to zoom in. Users can also click in the map and drag the cursor to form a box. Click again to finish the box and zoom.

i_zoomout

Zoom Out

This allows users to zoom out. Select the tool then click on the map to zoom out. Users can also click in the map and drag the cursor to form a box. Click again to finish the box and zoom.

Cycles backwards through previous map extents

Next Extent

Cycles forward through previous map extents
