WO/Req Addr Tab

The WO/Req Addr tab contains two grids which show lists of work orders and requests where the address was used as a Location. Records cannot be added into these grids directly. The work order/request must use the address in specific fields to link back to the address record using these grids.

 

Work Orders grid

To link a Work Order to the address record the address found in the address records header data must be used in the Work Order module on the Location Tab in a record in the Work Order Location Grid.

Note: The address entered on the work order location record must have as much, or more, information filled out than the address record. Meaning, if the address record has the street number, street name, city, state, and zip, the work location record must have those too.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow users to view the records.

Requests grid

To link a Request to the address record the address round in the address record's header data must be used in the Request module on the Request tab in the Loc Address fields.

Note: The address entered on the work request must have as much, or more, information filled out than the address record. Meaning, if the address record has the street number, street name, city, state, and zip, the work request must have those too.
