Inspection Header Data

The header fields contain general information to identify and describe and locate each facility. It appears the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Function

Facility Number*

Specifies which Facility this inspection is for. Click the Facility Number button or click in the field and hit F9 to bring up a list of Facilities from the IPT Facilities module.

Facility Name

The name of the facility. This field as well as the Address fields, (and some grid records) are auto-populated when the Facility Number is set.

Latest Inspection

Automatically checked if this is the most recent inspection for the selected facility

Inspector

The person who inspected the facility

Inspection Date*

The date the inspection occurred. This is used to update the Last Inspection Date field on the facility record

General Condition

Allows the user to enter condition info

* Required Field

Note: The combination of Facility Number, Inspection Date, and the time must be unique.
