The Daily Equipment grid allows you to select items of Equipment needed to complete one day's worth of work on the construction or inspection work order. A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear indicating ascending or descending order. Click the headings again to change directions.
To add records to the grid, complete the following steps:
Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following dialog will appear:
Select an item of Equipment from the user-defined pick list.
Indicate an Alternate Description and Model name or number as needed.
Indicate the Quantity of that item of equipment required to complete one day's worth of work.
Mark the checkbox to indicate that the item of equipment is "In Use" as needed.
Save and close the record.
You can then use the additional right-click functions in the grid to View, Edit, or Delete the record.
