The Daily Staff grid allows you to indicate the types of staff and number of individuals from each category of employment needed to complete one day's worth of work. A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear indicating ascending or descending order. Click the headings again to change directions.
To add records to the grid, complete the following steps:
Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following dialog will appear:
Select a staff Type from the user-defined pick list. Sample Types include Foreman, Laborer, Operator, etc. This field is required in order to save the record.
Enter the Quantity of that staff type required to complete one day's worth of work.
Save and close the record.
You can then use the additional right-click functions in the grid to View, Edit, or Delete the record.
