Internal Revenue Sources

This grid allows tracks any internal funding sources for the project.

How To

Add an internal revenue source

  1. Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear with a new record for the Project Budget or Revenue module:

    Revenue

  2. The Fund Source field is a user-defined pick list allowing users to indicate the source of funding in this record. Potential internal funding sources could include bond issues or income taxes.
  3. Fill out the Revenue Amount, and As of Date fields. These are required and must form a unique combination with the Project Record #.

    Note: The revenue amount included here will be added to the Total Revenue field at the top of the Revenue/Expenditure tab when the record is saved.

  4. Select the Fiscal Year to which these funds will be applied from the user-defined pick list.
  5. Save and close the record.
